How to check National Insurance Policy status online?

There is no option to check the National Insurance policy status online in single click. But you can check the National Insurance Policy status online easily by following the below steps.

1. Visit the link https://nationalinsuranceindia.nic.co.in/portal/page/portal/Corporate/Home.
2. You have to select the right insurance option from the menu bar. The insurance types are Motor Insurance, Health Insurance, Personal Insurance, Rural Insurance, Industrial Risk Insurance and commerical risk insurance.
3. Drag the mouse over the right insurance type. You will see options like Buy Now, Renew and Download.
4. Click on Renew option.
5. You will be redirected to the portal http://niconline.co.in:8082/custportal/. 
6. You will see two options there - Buy Policy and Renew Policy.
7. Click on Renew Policy  button.
8. You will be asked to enter the below details - Policy number(you have to enter the policy number without slash and email id). Click on 'Next' button.
9. You will see the policy details there including the National Insurance Policy Status.

You should be an agent to login to the portal. If you are an agent, you can do the below to check National Insurance policy status online.

You should have valid credentials to track National Insurance Policy status online. You have to login to view the National Insurance Policy status online. 

If you are a new user, you have to register first for checking the National Insurance Policy status online.

2. In the login section, select the options from the menu. The options present are Agent, Direct broker, Surveyor, Investigator, Customer and Dealer.
