In order to use this facility, you need a debit card for the associated account which you can get it by approaching the nearest Andhra bank branch. You need to set the four digit ATM pin by resetting the default pin in any one of the ATM’s that is available nearest to your location. Once you have set the pin you should follow the below steps to do a balance enquiry using ATM
1. You should first find the Andhra Bank ATM that is nearest to your location
2. You should carry the ATM card for the associated account and you should insert the card into the ATM machine. Once inserted you will be prompted for the ATM pin

To provide hassle free and convenient banking services to customer by leveraging technology, Bank has introduced “Missed Call” facility for “Balance Inquiry”. All customers who have registered their mobile number can get the balance of their accounts by just giving a missed call from their registered mobile number to 09223011300. The call made to the above number will automatically disconnect after the first ring. Customer will then receive an SMS giving the current balance of your savings account.

We need to have a registered phone number for the account.
Note: In case your mobile number is not registered in your Andhra bank account profile, get it done right away. You can do so by visiting nearest branch and completing the basic formalities there.

This is one of the easiest methods to know the account details of the customer. In order to use this facility, you need a smartphone and the internet connection.
1. You should first install the Andhra Bank mPay application in your smartphone
2. Then you need the user name and MPIN in order to use this facility for balance enquiry.
3. You should request the bank to get the user name and MPIN
4. Once you have got the user name and MPIN, you need to enter the same in the installed Andhra Bank application
5. Then you need to click the login button to get the home page of your savings account
6. If you forgot the MPIN you can also reset it to new MPIN by clicking the option forgot MPIN that is available on the login page
7. Once the user name and MPIN are verified you will get the home screen of your savings account where you can find options such as account transfer, third party transfer, account summary, transaction details etc.
8. You can choose the options account summary to know the current balance of your savings account.
